Are you looking for a student job and do you like being part of a small team that organize customer events ? If so, we’d love to have your in our team as a new student worker in the EMEA Sales Organisation.

Chr. Hansen develop and produce natural bacteria for a variety of foods, animal and human health purpose sold worldwide. In the EMEA sales organization we work with cheese and yoghurt manufacturers across Europe, Russia, Turkey, Africa and Middle East. You will support the EMEA regional dairy industry team in organizing and preparing customer events approximately 8-12 hours per week- with some flexibility depending on the nature of the event. You like working with practical tasks in a dynamic environment being a team player that always goes the extra mile.  

 

Main responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on:

 

• Collecting and preparing marketing materials, displays and visuals for our customer events
• Help set up and prepare our meeting center for customer visits
• Supporting to tasting sessions for our customers
• Practical support to the seminars and customer days 

 

Qualifications and experience for the ideal candidate

We expect you to have the following background and experience:

 

• Currently studying 
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Strong written and oral English communication
• Eye on details and quality of layout
• Knowledge of or experience with MS Office package
• Ability to work flexible hours  
• Sense of humor
