As Systems Engineering Lead you will actively participate in change management within product development processes. You will be working in an international environment with many different interfaces and stakeholders. Technology & Service Solutions -Innovation & Architecture Innovation & Architecture is a department within the core of Vestas R&D. Within this department we are some 20 dedicated engineers working with Architecture Management. Our primary tasks are to define, and following manage in full life-cycle, the architectures of the future Vestas turbines. This we do based on our organizations insight into the market needs, our value chain and future technologies. In addition to this we focus on the implementation of systematic methods for how we develop our products. Here we base our direction on Systems Engineering principles. Our focus areas are central elements of the future direction for Vestas. We work with all elements of our value chain on a global level Responsibilities: Define, deploy, maintain and govern Systems Engineering principles at Vestas Define needs for Systems Engineering competences at Vestas, develop and execute training program Participation in development projects in order to govern adherence to Systems Engineering principles Implement KPIs & Metrics Contribute to other aspects of the accountability within the Architecture Management organization, - modularization principles & tools, PFMPs, etc. Stakeholder management and change management across Vestas to secure the successful implementation of above, as part of this prepare recommendations for decision by steering committee, line & project management Qualifications: Master degree in engineering or similar Experience with change management and stakeholder management in large organizations Proficient in English Competencies: Demonstrated experience with application of systems engineering principles and requirements management processes and tools Demonstrated experience with process development and deployment Good Stakeholder Management skills Change Management skills Proactive approach to engaging with various stakeholders throughout the organization Good communicator and facilitator Methodical approach in way of working Leadership – will to change the organization Persistent Analytical What we offer: We offer a challenging opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to make a difference by active implementation of Systems Engineering principles and change management in a dynamic organization.
