For our Documentations team within Equipment Management we are looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of approx. 4-5 employees. The team is responsible for the creation of work instructions for equipment used for transport, lifting, installing and servicing Siemens Wind Power turbines as well as ensuring that all customers receive the required working instructions. Equipment Management is an internal rental business who rents out equipment required for transporting, installing and servicing wind turbines. We are involved in the entire equipment process from development and retrofit of equipment, to order handling, delivering, receiving, inspecting and maintaining the equipment. Equipment Management is part of our Onshore organization based in Brande, and together with its two Equipment Centre locations in Tinglev and Esbjerg, the department currently employs approx. 170 employees. What are my responsibilities? • Managing a team of 4-5 employees, budget responsibility, resource planning within the team as well as cross functional projects • Ensuring the creation of work instructions for equipment used for transport, lifting, installing and servicing Siemens Wind Power turbines • Ensuring that all customers receive the required working instructions • Coordinating workflows and allocating work within the Equipment Documentation team to ensure optimal utilization of resources and time • Ensuring that all functions are carried out in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures • Organizing various cross-functional meetings to ensure knowledge sharing across departments • Planning long-term transparent and measurable strategies for documentation set up to meet internal and external customer expectations • Developing and coaching new and existing employees to deliver exceptional customer service What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a mechanical background and practical experience within transport, lifting and installation of equipment • Experience with documentation from the machine industry • Knowledge of standards within work instructions, for example #EN 62079, EN 82079-1, as well as knowledge of risk assessment • You are an outgoing and proactive person who can structure their work assignments and who is also capable of multi-tasking • You are a dedicated team player with the ability to work and navigate in a dynamic and international environment with many interfaces • You understand the importance of adhering to safe working practices whilst producing high quality and precise work instructions • As a person you are open minded, take ownership for your work and take pride in delivering high quality results • You are an experienced user of MS Office pack • You are fluent in English both orally and in writing while Danish is an advantage In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
