Responsibilities: Lead technical projects and implementations on assigned projects Plan work package execution together with development team Plan the scope and resources for the projects Design and develop the technical solution within quality, time and cost targets of the project Prioritize the technical team’s tasks based on the calculated impact to project targets Identify and mitigate technical risks within the project scope Facilitate technical reviews (the Technical lead will normally lead this activity) Manage and align project challenges with stakeholders Provide feedback and challenge design solutions to interfacing systems in order to optimize product design Qualifications: You have a technical background as engineer either within electrical or mechanical area, or a Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering Experienced in designing and building electrical systems You have preferably knowledge within safety and design standards for MW range power cabinets. Competencies: You have been working with technical project management in your previous positions It's natural for you to share knowledge, lead, guide and advise your colleagues Focus on the project scope and able to understand the impact a scope change will have on the project Process oriented and structured in the way you work Self-driven and independent work approach, but also a strong team player and motivator Open-minded and good at sharing and gathering information within team and stakeholders Good communication and presentation skills in English and Danish Flair for and interest in stakeholder management including coordination, planning and reporting Technical leadership, and understanding the business and value chain.
