As Technical Key Account Manager, you are responsible for all technical issues for a number of customers mainly in Europe and Russia. The application areas are primarily boilers and solar kit assemblers. You build up relations with the technical organisation and the customer and act as the main technical support for the commercially responsible Key Account Manager. Further, you will be the main driver in executing product variants and solving quality issues internally through a dedicated team and the Project Manager for customized projects. Here, you focus on creating strong relationships with OEM customers, requiring high levels of technical interfaces and support, as well as developing detailed product requirements and specifications to drive product development. You work with OEM customers to provide solutions to quality or performance problems along with the global OEM and Grundfos Group to coordinate resources and solutions. Another part of your job is to develop solutions fordifferent markets, satisfying global directives and standards. You convey understandable, detailed technical information in written form as well as in phone conversations and face-to-face meetings. You also work with manufacturing locations to ensure understanding and proper implementation of OEM products. Your work will take you traveling up to 10 or 15 % of the working days. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in product development. Further, you enjoy solving technical problems and are familiar with design tools and tool making for cast iron parts as well as injection-moulded composite parts. You have strong project management skills and speak and write English fluently. Russian and French is an advantage. As a person, you have active listening skills and can comprehend customer challenges and develop attractive solutions. You thrive in a hectic and changing environment and are able to communicate in a straightforward and factual manner.
