For Technology (former Engineering) in Brande, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive development projects within the department “Electricals”. Technology is our global R&D department with the majority based in Brande more specifically 750 highly skilled specialists, project managers, and managers. Electricals are responsible for all electrical hardware design and operation for electrical equipment installed in the wind turbines What are my responsibilities? As project manager in the Electricals department, you will be responsible for management of the development and implementation of electrical hardware solutions. You will be responsible for a complete delivery of all electrical hardware needed for the solution. Further assignments will include: · Responsible for project planning, execution and reporting · Responsible for project budget · Ensure all agreed deliveries are done in time and at the right quality · Ensure alignment across departments/modules to secure priorities and deliveries · Close co-operation with technical solution owner and Chief engineer in Electricals What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a degree within electrical or marine engineering combined with some years of experience in project management involving electrical solutions or components. You have a structured approach and are able handle the changes that will occur in the projects in a dynamic R&D environment. You are an excellent planner, you are used to networking, creating strong relations and you possess strong communication skills particularly in verbal and written English. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
