Hvad tilbyder vi? Would you like to play a key role in developing the ARIS platform at Grundfos? And do you want to be part of a global optimisation process in an international company with great development opportunities? You will join the IS Business Process Management department. The department is developing into a unit of approx. 5 employees based in Denmark and Manila. We are responsible for developing ARIS platform as well as SAP Solution Manager within Grundfos. You will refer to Manager Michael Vindum. “IS Business Process Management is a department characterised by entrepreneurship and an informal and open tone. We are relentlessly ambitious and are undergoing rapid development with our business partners. Our ambition is to play a central role in optimising the Grundfos business processes, both on a local and on a global scale,” Michael says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As ARIS Solution Responsible, you will be the Solution Owner and responsible for developing the platform further in order to make ARIS a key component for process optimisation in Grundfos. You are the face of the solution and a big part of your role is enter into a partnership with the Grundfos Business where business needs and IT capabilities have to go hand in hand. Another area of responsibility is to formalise administrative and operational tasks in order to create the foundation for sourcing/shoring, and you will be overall responsible for maintenance and support tasks. You develop a roadmap for ARIS based on the Business Process Management roadmap and IT strategy in order to ensure system architecture, conventions, RFC handling, reporting and operational handling of contracts. “As you will be the face of the solution, you will be the driving force behind maturing the platform to a new level. Your challenge will be to both develop the solution on a technical level in order to create more value for Grundfos while at the same time spreading the knowledge of the possibilities of the platform within the organisation,” Michael explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold a degree in an IT-related field as well as experience with Process Management or as an IT Consultant where you have worked with business processes and how to support them using an IT tool. You have experience with driving organisational change, and you are able to work both with concrete IT issues as well as working strategically with Business Process Management. It is a clear advantage if you have experience with ARIS or other BPM platforms. You speak and write fluent English. Some travel is to be expected. “As a person, you are outgoing and network oriented, and you have the entrepreneurial spirit needed to build up a Business Process Management structure in Grundfos. You are independent as well as innovative, and you have the driving force needed to integrate ARIS as a valued tool in Grundfos,” Michael finishes.
