DSV Air & Sea søger administrativ medarbejder til XPress i Horsens. Til vores XPress Eksport afdeling i Horsens søger vi en engageret kollega til at arbejde med håndtering af XPress Eksportforsendelser samt de arbejdsprocesser der hører under afsendelse af kurer forsendelser. Afdelingen håndterer XPress kurer forsendelser fra Danmark med levering til alle internationale destinationer. Vores dagligdag er præget af lysten til at levere gode resultater og gøre en forskel for vores kunder. Dine arbejdsopgaver: Håndtering af XPress Eksport forsendelser fra A til B, herunder * Arrangering af afhentninger * Valg af kurer leverandør på sendingsniveau * Advisering af kunder * Opfølgning på forsendelse * Opfølgning på aften operation * Servicering af kunder Dine kvalifikationer: Vi lægger vægt på, at du har erhvervserfaring der kan kobles til elementer som kundeservice og selvstændighed, samt gerne har erfaring med relation til transport branchen. Du skal som minimum besidde en bestået HHX , samt taler og skrive engelsk på højt niveau.
