R&D IT - Regulatory Solutions are looking for a new colleague to work in a global team of 7 dedicated, highly skilled colleagues ensuring system maintenance of our global Documentum platform at Novo Nordisk A/S servicing more than 17.000 users. About the department R&D IT - Regulatory Solutions is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk A/S. You will be part of a highly engaged department of 14 employees managing the EDMS, Publishing, RIM and Labelling processes globally for Novo Nordisk A/S. We manage operations of the systems including, the support processes, new potential changes and the release lifecycles. Working closely with Line of Business, we ensure that their business processes are supported optimally by the IT systems. The job You are already a subject matter expert within Document Management and will be working to continuously maintain, develop and improve the GXP IT System within Novo Nordisk A/S globally. You will be responsible for Problem, Change and Release Management. You will be working closely with super users globally and will be responsible for training and communication. Together with Line of Business you will help manage and develop superior technical solutions to be implemented on these systems, and from time to time you will be involved in larger IT upgrade projects. Close collaboration with our vendor and challenging them on their technical solutions is a fundamental part of the job. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science or a related technical discipline. You have 5+ years of IT- project or system maintenance experience with a proven track record of maintaining and developing systems. A thorough technical understanding is a must with a good understanding of Relational Databases. You have 5+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry with good understanding of regulatory processes, document management and publishing. You should be familiar with GxP systems and their validation requirements, ITIL and System Management. As a person you are dedicated to your tasks, a team player, have a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional but also informal atmosphere. You must be able to work independently as you collaborate with different stakeholders in IT System Management, Regulatory Affairs and vendors at both a global and virtual level. You are able to both go in to detailed analysis as well as keeping the overview and setting direction for the vendors and for line of business. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
