Description Radiometer Connect – Documentation & Communication – Agile environment Radiometer Medical has decided to connect all diagnostic equipment manufactured by us to one central infrastructure. This strategic change will open up for a multitude of innovative solutions and process changes. Your role will be to take responsibility for the development and release of this infrastructure. With this position, you will own the technology deliveries into the overall program – including integration with many of Radiometer SW components worldwide. You will be the natural source of system knowledge – being the main contributor on solving business-driven problems technically. Apart from the immediate development team, you will have a high degree of interaction with all other product development teams in Radiometer. The Radiometer Connect project also needs extensive cooperation with vital internal functions such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Customer Support and Finance, and external such as hospital IT and Laboratory departments. You will be based in Copenhagen with limited travel activity. We have an off-shore development center in India. The job To become successful, you must ensure reliable plans and on-time delivery of SW releases. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Taking the Scrum Master role: Daily Management Sprint burn-down. •Requirement Management – translating marketing-defined problems into feasible technical solutions. •Responsible for first-class documentation according to RA/QA requirements. •Coordination with technical and other interfaces and stakeholders. •Manage technology vendor deliveries: agreed cost, quality, and on-time delivery. •Server development and configuration in a Microsoft environment. However, we believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success: •Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or SW engineering. •Scrum Master experience required, certification an asset. •Planning skills in an agile environment. •Documentation skills – preferably with GMP experience. •Requirement management skills. •Project management skills. •Experience in medical connectivity programs. •Experience from IT development in an agile environment using Microsoft entity Frameworks, .NET, SQL, MS CRM, and preferably additional modern technologies. •Experience with development of server based architecture. •English is a requirement, Danish an asset. •Excellent knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server, MS Visual Studio (C++, C# and JAVA), and MS Office. You must be passionate and committed about what you do, as well as: •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good cultural understanding. •A born coordinator, team-oriented and service-minded. •An analytical and organized approach to work.
