We are looking for a Senior Developer/Analyst who wants to play a vital role in developing the banking systems for IU, CIB & SOO (International Units, Corporate & Institutional Banking and Shipping, Offshore & Oil Services) in IT Wholesale Banking. The position we offer You will be involved in many tasks related to the Midas Banking System, Misys Payment Hub and connected systems made by a company called Misys. Also development and analysis in connection to applications for CIB and SOO will be part of your responsibility. You will work with programming, testing and deployment, as well as working with the design of the solutions. Technical analysis and requirement work will also be important tasks. Our system portfolio is interfacing many of the Nordea systems, so you will cooperate with PMs, analysts and developers from other system areas as well. The unit International Units Systems provides IT services to Nordea’s business areas such as International Units, Corporate & Institutional Banking and Shipping, Offshore & Oil Services, acting as single point of contact in all IT matters. We are competent and committed team of 14 employees that has passion to turn IT knowledge into business capabilities. During our work day we mainly deal with tasks such as support & root cause analysis, development of new improvements for projects and maintenance of the applications we are responsible for. No day is like the other – which makes the tasks very exciting and caters to a steep learning curve. The team is located in Nordea’s newly renovated premises in Høje Taastrup, with good public transportation connection. The qualifications you need Spring framework, WebSphere application server, JE22, and good banking knowledge are vital knowledge areas for the position. Knowledge of Misys Payment Manager (MPM) will be of benefit. Good competence and knowledge of MQ-Series in general and skills in installation, configuring and trouble-shooting are highly valued. You must be a good trouble-shooter with a positive attitude, service minded and flexible. You need to be driven by achieving results and deliveries, be self-motivated and persistent. Willing to learn new things in a complicated environment is yet another requirement. You will be involved in many different tasks from small improvements to major development programs. You therefore need to be a team-player with a proactive approach and be able to coach and support your colleagues. You understand the structure and the dynamics of the business area. You will drive many development tasks, which will include planning activities, analysis of various kinds, and coordination. Since we work in a very global environment, some travel may occur and you should be able to use English on a professional level.
