• Showroom Koordinator - 30 timer

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team based in central Copenhagen. Working alongside the Business Relations Manager, you will be helping to coordinate the growth of the business across the candinavian market.

Your Role

You will be coordinating our day-to-day showroom operations and thus must have great written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English. Around 60 to 70% of this role is administrative, thus clerical experience is key. Devon&Devon is one of the world's most exclusive brands and this should be reflected by the staff.

More specifically, the position entails the following tasks,

• Coordinating with our partner stores
• Providing a high level of customer service and generating sales
• Assisting customers, both commercial and private
• Maintaining a daily line of communication with our head-office 
• Arranging delivery to our customers and handlers
• Coordinating with plumbers and service providers
• Managing daily office tasks

Qualifications

It is important that you can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge with luxury items. Ideally you would have had some interior/design experience. We emphasize importance on the following criteria;

• Written and oral fluency in Danish and English
• 2-5 years experience within a showroom or luxury retail store.
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong knowledge of the design market
• presentation skills
• An independent and well organized approach to your work
