If so, there is a challenging and exciting job opportunity in our Quality Support department. About the department Our Quality Support department provides QA service and co-ordinates quality assurance issues associated with injectable diabetes products manufactured worldwide. The department consists of 23 dedicated employees and is situated in Bagsværd. The job You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring a high level of Quality Risk Management knowledge and experience within our organisation based on authority requirements and best practices from the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary role will be to act as risk assessment facilitator for product and process transfer, from the development stages until transfer to production sites, including construction of new facilities. You will be the driver in defining and setting a standardised approach based on previous risk assessments. You will provide QRM support for non-conformities, change requests and during authority inspection of our production facilities as appropriate. You will ensure QRM integration at our production sites. As some of them are located abroad, you can expect about 10–20 travel days a year. Qualifications You hold a relevant master’s degree in science, for example in pharmacy, chemical engineering and biochemistry. You have at least ten years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and specialised knowledge of Quality Risk Management. You have good written and oral communication skills in English. You have a structured way of working and are experienced in managing multiple priorities. You are capable of making decisions with substantial implications. You have an open-minded and positive attitude combined with good cooperation skills and the ability to work internationally.
