We Offer In Maersk Drilling the HR Partners serve as the business leaders’ primary point of contact in HR, functioning as account managers for departments and teams on- and offshore. The Partners provide strategic and consultative sparring on people-related issues to leaders at all levels. Moreover, they facilitate the annual HR processes in close cooperation with department heads and team leaders. The HR Partners interact with the entire HR department to ensure delivery of end-to-end HR services. In this position you will be Virtual Asset Team (VAT) HR Partner for a segment of our operational offshore units. Key Responsibilities As VAT HR Partner you will be engaging with both onshore and offshore leaders and be involved in a wide variety of tasks that require strong project management skills. More specifically you can expect to: • Act as day-to-day sparring partner and trusted advisor for senior leaders in HQ (Lyngby) and on locations and units worldwide • Assist in developing the leadership skills of our managers and advice and guide them on HR matters • Produce Talent • Develop business acumen and the ability to influence the delivery of business plans • Be involved in project related HR tasks in connection with startup of new contracts and projects • Drive and facilitate annual HR processes As HR Partner you will primarily learn through on-the-job training and hands-on responsibility, combined with course activity when appropriate. Approximately 20-30 days of travelling pr. year should be expected. We are aiming for planned travel activities. Who we are looking for We are looking for an experienced HR professional with the personal power and toolbox to facilitate, develop and deploy our HR strategies and a keen interest in understanding and play together with the business. We expect that you have a relevant degree on Master’s level and min. five years’ of experience in a similar position. Experience from the Energy sector is an advantage, and drilling (offshore) specific experience would be interesting. As a person you must be a good communicator, used to earn the privilege of being a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with people with very different backgrounds and cultures. It is important that you recognize that your success is based on combined team efforts and that you are able to view and accept the world from other angles than your own. You are curious and have a hunger for getting to know the business. You must be fluent in English and able to pass our Offshore Survival Course.
