Then we have an exciting job for you in Device Manufacturing Sourcing QA in Hillerød. About the department Device Manufacturing Sourcing (DMS) is a production organisation located in Hillerød north of Copenhagen. We mould, preassemble and produce high quality components and bring them fast to market. You will be working from DMS Process QA. We are providing QA support to IT projects and tasks. You will be part of our IT QA network offering support and advice to areas outside DMS. In DMS Process QA we are 10 engaged and innovative colleagues who strive for a high quality culture in a professional atmosphere. The job As IT QA specialist your task will be providing QA support to projects as well as running business within DMS IT systems ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management System (QMS). You will do this by providing compliant QA input to solutions and processes, by quality assurance of deliverables and by supporting line-of-business during implementation. You will be responsible for QA governance in DMS incl. QA oversight of activities and deliverables performed by central and local QA responsibles. In this role it requires you have the ability to coordinate work in the QA team and to take necessary decisions while ensuring harmonisation and alignment across the organisation. On-going dialogues and good relations with key stakeholders will be part of your daily work to ensure quality and compliance. Qualifications You have an IT, engineering or pharmacist background. You are expected to have at least 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry including 3 years of IT or IT QA experience. Your experience can also have been gained from working in the production and being responsible for IT systems supporting the business processes. You have a profound Quality Mindset and preferably project manager experience from minor projects. Personally, you have a high drive using your interpersonal skills and background to establish a close and positive relationship with stakeholders from different parts of the organisation. You are comfortable working independently and have a structured approach to prioritising, coordinating and executing tasks. You are proactive and able to plan ahead ensuring a high level of quality in your work even in busy periods. You are known for having excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and you can stand firm when required to ensure compliance, product quality and patient safety.
