We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior PMO Lead. The position we offer As our new Senior PMO Lead you will join a team working in a Datawarehouse and regulatory/business data reporting environment. It will be your job to provide the governance structure and develop and maintain standardised procedures for handling project requests. You will also provide a focal point for the implementation of standardised procedures towards 20 project managers and the other PMO analysts within the team to provide PMO governance structure. You should prepare high quality analysis and decision making material on which the leadership team can make sound decisions Other key responsibilities include: • Managing Stakeholder Communications •Define and prepare Status reporting •Lead the planning activity •End to end supply & demand tracking •Support & control end to end prioritization, scope & change management •Support Portfolio management •Introduce PMO Supporting tools •Manage Project Risk & contingency •Manage Issues & action item •Document & Govern PMO Processes •Coordinating the Prioritisation of the backlog of work •Providing financial governance •Provide resource tracking and capacity planning for the delivery team •Support the PM managers as one point of contact for PM procedures “how to do” questions from PM’s •Administrative, control that procedures are followed and track project steps You should demonstrate strong focus on business requirements and understanding of the complete value chain to deliver the right solution. You will need to keep stakeholders and customers well informed and provide high level service to secure great customer experience. Travelling must be expected – approx.. 1-2 days per month The qualifications you need We expect you to have a Bachelor degree in business administration or other relevant commercial education and 10+ years of work experience within IT or related field. A financial background is desirable but not a prerequisite.
