You now have the chance to be part of this, by becoming our new Web Assistant / Junior Project Manager. The role You will join the Online Marketing team, an integral part of Oticon Medical’s global marketing unit in Denmark and with colleagues in Nice (France) and Gothenburg (Sweden). Online Marketing is responsible for communicating product- and treatment information to our different target groups with main focus on patients. Learn more about our users, and the enhanced quality of life Oticon Medical’s products offer:oticonmedical.com The main responsibilities and tasks of the job are: •Implement new-, update- and optimize web sites via our CMS, SiteCore. •Minor adjustments of photos/graphics to web •Manage own smaller online projects •SEO reporting and adjustments •Analytics and reporting of traffic- and social media listening data Your job involves contact with multiple stakeholders, from our internal IT department to your marketing, and sales colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, France and in our local markets worldwide. Additionally, the role offers you to become acquainted with the project management discipline. Your background We envision that you have a relevant university degree within IT or Multimedia. The role suits you, if you have at least 1-2 years’ relevant work experience from a similar position in either: •An international organization with multiple stakeholders •A digital agency In previous positions, you have acquainted yourself with areas such as Sitecore, Google Analytics, SEO and adwords. Your personal characteristics: •Strong interpersonal skills •Proactivity – you make things happen •Robustness – can handle a variety of tasks under time pressure. •Thorough and attentive to detail Lastly, fluency in English is a pre-requisite, whereas the ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
