Carlsberg employs + 40.000 people worldwide and we produce more than 100 million standard bottles of beer every day. For Group Finance we now recruit two international Graduates. Group Finance The finance community plays a critical role across the Carlsberg Group and Group Finance comprises around 30 highly qualified and specialised employees. We supervise the financial planning, reporting and accounting of all companies in the Carlsberg Group, define financial models and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Furthermore, we are a knowledge centre for Accounting & Controlling, and in this capacity solves a number of ad-hoc tasks for the Group’s companies and act as an active sparring partner for Group Management, subsidiaries and the other functions in Group Headquarters. The position As a graduate in Group Finance, you will be offered a development position with focus on both accounting and controlling. You will get the opportunity to work in an international environment – both through interaction with subsidiaries and within other Group Functions. The duration of the graduate program is two years, split in 8-10 months within Group Controlling, 8-10 months within Group Consolidation (both located in Copenhagen) and 4-6 months as a secondment to one of the Carlsberg subsidiaries or regional headquarters. During the two years, you will participate in workshops and training sessions with other graduates from different parts of the Carlsberg Group. In Group Controlling, you will together with other team members: •Coordinate Group Planning and Reporting processes – both with Group Functions and towards subsidiaries •Analysis/comments to Carlsberg reporting (internal & external Q-releases) •Develop Internal management reporting and planning processes as well as ensure Group reporting tools support business needs •Engage in Group Finance projects where relevant •Drive business and financial controlling of Carlsberg Group Non-commercial companies •Ad hoc reporting, analysis and project assignments in other Group Functions/Group companies In Group Consolidation, you will together with other team members: •Consolidate Carlsberg Group financials for internal and external reporting purposes, ensuring correct treatment in cooperation with functional controllers. •Participate in the preparation of Group financial statements, including reconciliations/specifications, documentation for auditors, compilation of notes for the Annual Report •Communicate with subsidiaries and other headquarter functions through the consolidation process •Develop the Hyperion platform and standard reports to support needs from Financial and functional departments to ensure accurate and comprehensive external and internal reporting •Support end user and train users within the consolidation area and financial systems usage Your profile: •The ideal candidate is ambitious, result oriented and has a relentless drive •You have an international background, such as Non-Danish nationality or extensive cultural awareness of key Carlsberg markets from time spent abroad •You have strong communication skills and willing to develop these further •You have a strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate data and analysis into actionable changes. •You have an understanding of consolidated accounting principles •You are self-driven and enjoy a dynamic working day with challenges and opportunities to learn from a highly professional environment •You have recently graduated with a relevant academic degree such as an MSc in Business Administration or MSc in Finance and Accounting or similar. •You have a high degree of flexibi
