Would you like to join us on our digital development journey and get to play a key role in putting our customers’ patterns of use into a digital perspective? Use your skills in a global team of experienced colleagues and help secure excellent customer experiences by strengthening integration between our solutions. Your customer knowledge will be an important factor in developing our solutions and increasing knowledge sharing across the organization. You become part of the IS Sales & Service Solutions area, which is placed in our Information Services, Information Solutions division. This area provides all the applications used by our sales and service organizations globally. More specifically, you join the IS CRM & Online Solutions delivery area where we are responsible for delivering all CRM-related applications, e-commerce and web. As such, we have several customers to attend to - Group Sales & Marketing, Web, Grundfos companies and our customers. You refer to Department Head, Jørn Schultz-Boysen. ”We are 15 colleagues in a truly global team with posts in Argentina, the US, Hungary, the Philippines, China, Germany and Denmark. So you can definitely say we have a global outlook on our work. We are also a virtual team, meeting over Skype, which works really well. You get to work with experienced colleagues and also some professional external consultants,” explains Jørn. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As our new Application Consultant, the majority of your time will be dedicated to working on projects regarding changes to our CRM system, revolving around SAP CRM 7 and integrations into SAP SD, SAP Hybris Commerce as well as multiple other systems. Thus, you become the link between the business and our developers, taking on a consultancy role of transferring business needs to CRM functionality. Your focus is on the set-up as well as the potentials in the application. To a lesser degree, your job will also contain tasks involving architecture. A substantial part of your role is to ensure that the relevant business processes are developed and described, and that the overall design and development are carried out. Application consultancy includes mastering the integration to related application areas. You also participate in advisory services and application design, configuration, implementation, and application integration. Here, you are responsible for complex application consultancy by involving business partners for system solutions within an application area. Together, you facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of the core applications. “We are truly on a digital journey and our setup may change along the way according to the technologies and how we choose to use them. The main goal is customer centricity - we want to know our customers and how they act, and we need to gather this knowledge and figure out how to best use it. Ultimately, we want to use this knowledge to create exceptional customer experiences,” says Jørn. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold profound knowledge of solutions within SAP CRM and preferably SAP Hybris or similar, and other related application areas as well as integration between these. This is combined with deep technical insight into solutions and architecture. Moreover, you have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to capture business requirements. “On a personal level, you are outgoing and able to form great relations to your colleagues - also virtually. You need to be able to present and at times defend your case, being able to take on the technical discussion while maintaining a focus on business needs. Being structured, you are able to keep an overview of several projects running simultaneously.
