For this purpose we are recruiting a committed and proactive Senior Automation / Electrical Engineer to our Protein Automation Group. The job The Senior Automation / Electrical Engineer will participate in projects, working on specifications and development of advanced control systems for industry plants all around the world. With this position you will be involved in every stage of projects, from initial offer to final delivery to the customers. You will work in an international environment with a large cross-disciplinary interface, both internally and externally. You should therefore expect to travel max. 15-30 days a year. Key tasks . Automation project management of internal and external resources . Specifying and testing of electrical switchboards, instruments and automation . Participation in commissioning of plants . Elaboration of functional description . Support delivered plants and solutions . Participating in quotation tasks . Technical sales support to customers. Ideal candidate . Automation / Electrical engineer with practical start-up experience . Executing PLC/SCADA programming (primarily Siemens systems) . Experience with PID and process . Minimum 5 years project experience with design, programming and testing of automation systems for process plants . Structured personality, with a good sense of time-management . Ability to keep focus and be proactive even in stressful situations . Team-player with an excellent customer orientation . A strong communicator in English, verbally and in writing. We offer .
