Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Field of Offer : IT /Telecom, Telecommunications Requirements: 1.Bachelor or Master degree within Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering 2.Some year of experience within Telecommunication 3.Knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/GERAN/UMTS ( R99, R4, R5 ) architecture, interfaces, reference points, functions and protocols (LTE knowledge is a plus) 4.Functional description of involved NEs: BTS, Node B, BSC, RNC,LTE 5.Knowledge of multiple access techniques ( TDMA, FDMA, (W)CDMA, SDMA,LTE ) 6.Knowledge of radio propagation principles and antenna systems 7.Troubleshooting skills. 8.Able to communicate fluently in English. Danish would be a plus Responsibilities: 1.Second line support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from Front office 2.Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance 3. Handle and execute Change Requests within the stipulated time frame 4.Follows up with customer to ensure first call resolution. Achieve and deliver 100% customer satisfaction 5.Escalates Trouble Tickets to third line multivendor TACs and monitor them until solved 6.Perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes 7. Involvement in upgrade/updates of live nodes.
