About the department In Quality Solutions, within Corporate IT, you will be part of a highly engaged department responsible for managing the IT systems for Corporate Quality and Global Safety, supporting systems which are core to the quality and safety processes in Novo Nordisk. You will be supporting maintenance and development of a GxP critical IT system, managing compliance, support and corrections. You will also have opportunity for professional sparring and best practice exchanges in your daily work. Furthermore quality solutions is involved in projects with line of business, working closely to ensure that business processes are supported by the IT systems. Quality Solutions is a part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk. The position You will become a business analyst in an experienced system team responsible for system management of the Argus Safety application. It is a team of six employees co-located in Denmark and in India, (four in Denmark and two India). The job entails a broad range of system management activities out of the Novo Nordisk Head Quarters based Corporate IT organisation in Bagsværd, Denmark. You will participate, assist and drive system management and development activities, e.g. yearly reports, trial setup and change request. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of assigned system activities in the system team and for ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk and external authorities' quality requirements for IT Systems through everyday compliance work on Non-Conformities (NCs), remarks and yearly reports. You will be part of the daily functional support of applications, liaising with technical support and be responsible for the delivery of third party services and ensuring that they fulfil contract responsibilities and meet business requirements in coordination with system manager. Also, you will participate in system maintenance activities in collaboration with the Argus Safety system manager evaluating and making recommendations on IT technical issues for change request raised by line of business. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a Master degree and has a proven track record with 3-4 years’ experience within systems management/support from the pharmaceutical (or other relevant) industry. The candidate must have knowledge of IT systems support and preferably insight into Pharmacovigilance. IT experience covering specification, design, development, validation, implementation and maintenance of GxP IT solutions is required. You are fluent in English (oral and written), and as a person your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks at a time and still keep an ongoing focus on results.
