Business Development Manager, Professional Cleaning, Bagsvaerd Denmark We are looking for an independent and ambitious Business Developer to join the Household Care Team. In this role you will drive projects from idea generation to final stage of implementation while ensuring our product offerings meet the customers’ market and competitive demands. You will take ownership of a couple of pipeline and strategic projects incl. developing and managing business cases, test marketing the idea with selected partners, adjusting the technical and commercial insights with our R&D group and preparing the global organization for a professional launch. Your key areas of responsibility will, amongst others, include; Owning and driving the innovation process for pipeline filling in Global Marketing and ensuring alignment with regions and category strategies, driving key partnership projects and selected pipeline projects from scoping to implementation and launch, securing a strong anchorage of the technology during launch phases and steering committed joint development agreements with large partners. You will be challenged by a high variety of tasks and by managing a high number of responsibilities simultaneously. One important aspect in being successful in this area is to work closely with R&D to sufficiently understand the technical details and translate them into commercial opportunities, however, a technical background is not a pre-requisite. You will be working closely with other marketing teams and regions, managing many stakeholders and interests are key drivers of success in this position. As the job entails working across HQ, regions and functions, great organizational and communication skills are needed as well as a drive to create results. Regional and global travel up to about 20% should be expected. In this position you need to have:•A business education (BSc or MSc) or a technical education (e.g. BSc or MSc) ideally combined with an MBA •7+ years of experience from technical and/or commercial roles, where you have proven your strong business acumen and business development skills •Project management skills (required), international experience is an advantage and so is experience from the Household Care or professional cleaning industry •An analytical and structured approach to problem solving; you are comfortable working both as part of a team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks. You can handle many tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and a positive attitude also in times of heavy workload •A high level of drive and be motivated by seeing the implementation and results of your work. Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset to distillate the cases you will come across into focused actions that drive our growth strategy.
