Job Overview: As Business Process Manager for Corporate Functions you will drive the continuous improvement of the main business processes for Corporate Affairs (Communication), Group Legal and a other additional supporting functions. Together with your partners in these functions you will analyse processes and discover opportunities for leaner processes and smarter ways of working.

To enable these process improvements, you will orchestrate a number of functional communities, manage the necessary changes to the relevant IT solutions and ensure the relevant process documentation. Furthermore, you will develop at set of measures that allows you to monitor process performance and respond if benefits are not realised as planned.  

You will be reporting to the Director of Process Excellence in Global Business Services (GBS), and you will be working alongside a number like-minded Business Process Managers supporting the other Carlsberg functions, like Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources. Together, you will refine and optimise our process management methodologies and ensure consistency across the company.
 

The job: To succeed in this role you need to connect the agendas of the corporate support functions with the other GBS disciplines. This includes enterprise architecture, digital, data, IT operations, infrastructure and shared services. You will do this as part of our corporate tower set-up.  

Overview of main responsibilities:

• Support strategic transformational initiatives on design and rollout
• Ensure that processes are running according to standards
• Proactively drive continuous improvement within the corresponding functions
• Facilitate the process performance monitoring based on internal and external benchmarks to be able to drive improvements
• Ensure process and training documentation is maintained following the GBS standards within their area
• Facilitate a continuous improvement community within the respective functional area
• Approve and drive minor change requests and co-manage the minor’s IT budget
• Work closely with the Solution Owners to translate the business requirements into IT solutions
• Ensure end to end integration, together with the other functional Business Process Managers in the GBS Process Discipline
• Responsible for the continuous development of our Process Excellence Methodology including principles of Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management
   

The Profile: The role requires high-energy and strong stakeholder management. It is expected that you have outstanding communications and influencing skills and that you know how to network with professionals operating on all levels of a modern enterprise.Other sought-after qualifications include:

• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives with initiative and drive, constantly seeking for opportunities to optimise and improve processes
• A Team worker with well-developed collaboration skills
• Strong people leadership and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven, dynamic environment.
• A self-starter, able to work independently and interact with all management levels
• Strong networking and communication skills
• +5 years professional experience within continuous improvement
• Experience in FMCG
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English
