Maersk Oil is looking for a Cost Controller to join the Finance Department in the Danish Business Unit based in Esbjerg, Denmark. You will join an experienced team of 8 cost controllers in the Accounts Payable Team where we handle more than 80,000 invoices a year. You will work with many different stakeholders including vendors and suppliers and help develop the function and team. Key Responsibilities • Control of invoices and additional documentation against contract • Provide support and service to the organisation regarding the invoicing process • You handle the entire invoice process using all the management systems involved • Vendor creation and maintenance • Handling of expense reimbursements of travel and accommodation costs including control of tax coding Who we are looking for You have a degree in accounting or a similar education and experience within the Finance Sector. Proficiency in written and spoken English is needed and use of SAP and Excel preferred. As a person, you are characterized by a positive attitude to challenges and changes. In addition, you have a proven ability to structure and an eye for details. Further, you are service minded and enjoy interacting with several stakeholders during your work day.
