We count on you from day one, and during your 24 months on the programme you will work on business-critical assignments in four different departments. Extensive knowledge within all relevant areas of business finance The objective of the global finance community is to ensure that Danfoss' financial performance is second to none. This includes creating full compliance with best-practice methods and the ability to develop new processes, systems and ways of thinking. The programme offers a unique chance to build extensive knowledge in a world class finance organisation within all relevant areas of business finance, including compliance and reporting, production and sales controlling, management accounting, and performance management. At the same time, you will learn how to use your knowledge in order to be a partner for the business. The programme involves four rotations and at least six months outside Denmark. The exact content of the programme will be planned in a continuous dialogue between you and your mentor to ensure a steep learning curve. You will be one of 40 postgraduates, and we expect you to play an active part in the global community. At the end of the programme, your results will lead to a permanent finance position and the opportunity to develop your career in Danfoss, e.g. within finance or business controlling. Master’s degree within Business Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar To be selected for the programme you have recently completed or will before September 2014 complete your master’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar with convincing results. You have a great interest in business finance and management accounting, and you are eager to learn more about essential finance disciplines and systems. As part of a global company, you must have excellent English skills and be ready to travel frequently. On a personal level, it is crucial that you are ambitious and have the will to win, and that you thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic world. To be a success, you must also be a team player who can listen and learn and who are ready to work at all levels of the organisation. You have to be able to start in the programme on 1 September 2014 at one of our locations in Denmark.
