Here, you will join the Drivers & Peripherals team and 7 highly qualified specialists responsible for constructing and delivering components to product development projects on a global scale. You work within a product area with many possibilities and thus excellent opportunities for you to develop your competencies and accordingly gain more responsibility. The working culture is characterised by cooperation, high ambitions and a specialist culture where we work dedicatedly. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As our new Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and developing components to be used in Grundfos´ new global component development projects. The components cover valves, mechanical shaft seals, hydrodynamic bearings, shafts, etc. You will be involved in the entire process from concept to finished product and you work both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. You deliver to one or several on-going projects and play a key role in maintaining a leading position for Grundfos’ products. The challenge is to construct and develop complex components and ensure they live up to Grundfos´ high quality demands. You will have the opportunity to work specialised with the technical aspect of product development while still experiencing a broad exposure to the organisation. Also, there are great development opportunities in the position to gain more responsibility and thus move your career forward in Grundfos. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You are likely to be an Engineer with 3-5 years of experience from a similar position within product development preferably, from a global organisation. You have in-depth knowledge of design and manufacturing as well as simulation (FEA/CFD) methods and tests. You are a super-user of Catia and speak and write English fluently. As a person you thrive working both independently as well as in a team, and you are not afraid to challenge your surroundings. Further, you have a structured and analytical approach combined with the energy and persistency to remain focused on goals. In your work, you are both quality and customer oriented and remaining focused on delivering unique components. Finally, you bring a good sense of humour to the team.
