As a member of Vertic Healthcare Account Management Team you will drive change in customer behaviour through ideas, strategy, creativity and technology. You will make a difference to digital healthcare communications, marketing and advertising, and advise some of the most important global players in the industry. You will identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions based on deep healthcare and digital knowledge. You understand the limitations of healthcare marketing, yet you think creatively and collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions that solve client challenges. You will build valuable long-term client relationships by working with healthcare clients on a senior level seeking to understand broader strategic opportunities of digital to their business. The role of Account Director holds a senior client leadership role within Vertic and works closely with strategic and creative teams, ultimately reporting to the Global Head of Vertic Healthcare. The profile The Vertic team will provide considerable onboarding once you start, but in order to hit the ground running, you will have: •At least 5 years of experience from a similar role within a digital agency, or as a digital marketing manager in a global organization •Healthcare experience, either from within an agency working with healthcare clients or from inside the industry itself and thus looking to move to the agency side •Experience of working internationally with a diverse set of global colleagues •Good understanding of digital marketing, advertising and / or media •Strong business acumen. You are comfortable conversing with decision makers about their business, goals, challenges and possibilities, and how Vertic’s digital solutions will strengthen the client’s business •Networking skills and a likeable attitude. •Experience with, and be motivated by, new business development and account management •A results-driven entrepreneurial spirit, who can attract and develop client relationships •A fast-paced, collaborative and creative way of working •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English •Additional language skills (French or German) desirable The agency Vertic is a leading independent digital marketing agency with offices in New York, Seattle, Copenhagen, and Singapore.
