For our onshore Quality Documentation department we are looking for a Documentation Assistant to support us in the process of checking and gathering documentation. And also to ensure that we meet the requirements within product quality as well as the appropriate documentation standards in order to fulfill internal and external customer requirements. Traceability is key, and hence the job contains recording of serial numbers of turbine components and turbines. What are my responsibilities? · Preparing customer documentation, verification of product documentation and certificates and KPI’s. · Handling different types of QA documents in relation to the ERP system, specifications and customer contracts. · Handing over customer documentation to the Project department. · Gathering main component structures in SAP and creating equipment structures for onshore/offshore turbines. · Handing over information to the Service department. · Creating an archive for the past 25 years. · Supporting documentation towards the business units AM and APAC. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You possess a basic technical and legal knowledge related to products and components. · You have experience with manufacturing and quality assurance. · You are an expert in SAP, using databases and MS Office. · You are fluent in English and Danish, orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
