As Driver/Project Manager in Document Processes you will be managing projects or driving tasks in the area of digitalisation. Background as PM is needed but main focus is driver role, not necessarily running “full-size” projects at all times. The position we offer The domain is driver for document solutions on Nordic level for Nordea. The high pressure on digitalisation and adaptation to customer demands put a lot of focus on the domain and many of the systems we are delivering daily services to are business critical. The main goal is to reduce printed output to a minimum as well as changing the view on our archives, archiving data instead of documents and by that easier adapt to customer preferences. Document Processes have an important role in Nordea’s digitalisation journey. Driving projects and tasks that mainly are outside our own domain will put you in situations where stakeholder management and difficult prioritizations will occur often. We are on a continuous journey towards a truly agile set-up where the architecture is key to us. As domain we need to be driving forward and adapt to new possibilities as well as supporting the global business areas across the whole of Nordea, that are still on older platforms in their journey towards a more digital set-up. Building and supporting digital building blocks and components that can be put together to meet the customer demands as well as compliance and legislation in the different countries. You will be working in a creative, ambitious and exciting environment. The qualifications you need We expect you to be experienced with a good track record of delivering results, driving decisions and balancing trade-offs, preferably in a complex, cross-country and multi-cultural setting. We expect that you are able to: •Ensure creation and approval of relevant project documentation according to selected approach and Nordea-standard. •PM4U is Nordeas standard for Project Management •Understand and embrace the principles behind an agile ways-of-working •Operate in a hybrid between agile and more traditional setup •Drive and facilitate communication with stakeholders in a number of different roles both inside and outside own domain. •Remove any impediments that obstruct a team’s pursuit of its goals •Ensure efficient Risk- and Issue-management (incl. securing Senior Management involvement when relevant) •Secure Financial Management and reporting •Identify the most appropriate approach (method and framework) for solving a given task •Secure stakeholder alignment •Are service minded, result oriented and ambitious •Have a “can do” attitude and you can deliver results on-time In short – being able to act in a flexible way, to secure and drive project/task forward in an exciting & complex working environment across Nordea globally. You understand IT and digital business and understand the mechanisms and processes within software development (from requirements to development and quality assurance) and have the ability to translate customer needs into explicit and relevant solutions. You are highly ambitious for yourself and the organisation. You are curious, courageous, pragmatic and innovative and have a strong drive with a sense of urgency. You take pride in driving solutions that meets customers demand. You are fluent in English and you are able to communicate with clarity, purpose and transparency in all you do.
