Executive Assistant to EVP of Business Operations, Bagsvaerd Denmark In Business Operation (BO) we are working with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service and Business Development in Novozymes’ established industries collaborating with customers, identifying market opportunities and bringing knowledge back into the company to feed the innovation pipeline. We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a newly established role assisting the Executive Vice President (EVP), Andy Fordyce. The EA will play a key role in BO and become part of the Business Operations Leadership Team (BOLT). As Executive Assistant you will have a variation of ongoing EVP support activities including: Working with the Personal Assistants to manage yearly cycles of Business Operations Leadership Team meetings, designing meeting agendas, preparing materials, and following up on meetings. You also provide executive support to the EVP including research, presentation development for internal and external speaking engagements, as well as follow-up on various activities. Furthermore you will take on project management work proactively with many different areas of Novozymes. The job is based in Bagsværd and requires 15-20 travel days per year. Preferred start date 1st of September 2015. In this position you need to have A Master’s degree and some years of working experience, possibly from a top tier consultancy The ability to work effortlessly in both written and spoken English Project management skills A business-minded and conscientious approach and at the same time be able to operate at a strategic level and grasp complex dilemmas quickly Good communication skills and ability to navigate Novozymes’ stakeholders effectively Are you the next Zymer in our team?
