For our Engineering Change Management Team (ECM) we are looking for an ECM Process Coordinator. The ECM Team is part of the Quality Management function in Technology R&D and is responsible for the governance and the operations of handling Siemens Wind Power product and production data. With a team of four highly skilled employees we are running the daily operations and ensuring process development. The ECM process affects many business functions such as Research & Development, Production, Procurement and Service, both domestically and internationally. This creates a diverse environment, full of complex and sometimes hectic tasks for our team to solve. What are my responsibilities? · Performing or supporting weekly administration of ECM, hosting board meetings, publishing documentation and updating information in affected IT systems in corporation with the rest of the ECM team · Supporting users of the ECM system both in process and system related topics · Assisting in the training of new ECM process stakeholders and contributors · Taking an active role in process and system development · Taking part in the implementation of the new ECM process in the Teamcenter What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background in administration, manufacturing engineering or similar. Experience with Engineering Change Management is preferable but is not a requirement · Relevant professional experience is preferable, but also newly educated and qualified candidates are welcome to apply · As a person you are proactive and reliable and you thrive in a dynamic environment within a big organization and you also find yourself motivated by some level of routine tasks · You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office and experience in working with SAP, Workspace or Teamcenter is preferred but not a requirement · You are a good communicator with excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
