The Service Platform Management team is part of the Service Product Life Cycle Management team in Brande. The Service Platform Management team is the owner of the Wind Turbine Platforms from a Service perspective. This includes driving, defining and setting the roadmap for the platforms within the service value chain as well as leading the consolidated service value chain into the development of new turbines and other turbine related development initiatives. Our commitment lies in bringing the highest degree of serviceability into the turbine design in terms of the highest possible customer value. What are my responsibilities? You will be part of our Platform Management team responsible for the Wind Turbine Platforms within the service value chain. You will be responsible for the service part of the Wind Turbine Platform, including initiatives for improving the serviceability and lowering the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCoE) throughout the service value chain by working closely together with our sales force and multiple internal stakeholders and technical experts. You will also be leading the service value chain in the development and introduction of new turbines. More specifically, your main responsibilities will cover: · Drive and define the service platform roadmap within the service value chain together with R&D with the objective of constantly improving the serviceability and profitability by driving down the Service components of the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCoE) · Implement the Service Domain of the Development Process · Follow up on the Service Domain processes in terms of stakeholder satisfaction throughout service value chain – e.g. lead time. · Represent the service value chain in the development process of new turbines and features · Main point for technical and business based turbine platform decisions in the service value chain · Act as service interface between PLM, R&D and Product Release plans for specific turbine platforms · In alignment and cooperation with the various stakeholders in the service value chain suggest improvements and identify new opportunities in the service package including customer value analysis · Coordination and project management of service experts and stakeholders involved in the development of new turbines What do I need to qualify for this job? · Preferably, you have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering combined with a few years of work experience either in product management, sales or business development. · You should have experience in project management and be able to lead a team of experts. · We expect you to be highly motivated, energizing and structured. · You can operate independently as well as a project manager in a global team and you see solutions in every situation. · As a person, you are result-oriented and take ownership in what you do. · Finally, you possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing.
