About the department
In your daily job you will support Diabetes Finished Products in Hillerød, which consists of 700 engaged and highly skilled workers. You will lead the cLEAN® team and have the full people management responsibility of 8 dedicated LEAN specialists. The team is working hard every day to develop and optimise our LEAN tools and standards as well of the productivity across the site. You will report to the Director of Business Support

 

The position
In Novo Nordisk, LEAN is more than just a lot of different tools. LEAN is a culture and a mind-set that you always have to continuously develop in your organization. As our new cLEAN manager you will be overall responsible for our cLEAN® development including the site cLEAN® strategy and together with your team you will drive the cLEAN® agenda across DFP HI. 

You will support your customers by identifying and drive improvements of stability and standardization across site. You will lead relevant optimization projects, focused shopfloor coaching at all organisational levels and educate your customers in our cLEAN standards such as performance boards, systematic problem solving and process confirmation. By this you will have a lot of stakeholders to support and you will have a big impact on cLEAN standards and results across the organization.

As our cLEAN manager you always speak with data and use data to prioritize the next optimization project. Through our site value stream mapping you will analyse current state and future state to make sure your project is bringing value and has the right effect. Through your cLEAN team you will lead cLEAN projects from start to end to ensure the projects are implemented, anchored and creates value for the business.

Qualifications
You hold a higher education and have solid experience within LEAN tools and LEAN management. Preferably, you are familiar with our NN cLEAN tools and thinking way like Kata coaching, A3, Value stream mapping, Yamazumi, Hoshin Kanri and you have a strong data mind-set.

You are a team player but are not scared of working on your own, when you coach and challenge leaders or collecting data in the production. You master communication and behaviour at all organisation levels. You have experience with implementing LEAN optimization projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers in order to realise the business targets. You are an inspiration to those around you but also manage to challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner.

As a leader you have a high degree of empathy, coaching and motivational skills. You have strong strategic and analytical abilities and a natural sense of authority. You know yourself well also under high pressure. You balance to set clear direction and create followership in an ambiguous context and you know how to build strong relations and to work cross-functionally.
