Aim high Our Business IT graduate programme is designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge of the global IT organisation in Novo Nordisk and a solid understanding of how IT supports business. During the programme you will work on both business and technology aspects of IT management. This includes system and application management, IT infrastructure management, sourcing and vendor management as well as IT governance and business process optimisation. Your initial base will be in Denmark, your broad network and international experience will enable the path towards a global career opportunity. Requirements To join the Business IT Graduate Programme you must hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject, for example within information systems or business administration and have no more than 1 year of full-time work experience since finishing your studies.
