The Energy Management & Storage team consists of highly skilled and diverse people with different nationalities, technical competencies and educational backgrounds - in software, hardware and in the commercial space.

Responsibilities
Energy management systems is everywhere. It’s in your electric car, it has played a role in your energy bill, it’s on your laptop and mobile phone as functions or apps and it is part of financial systems. To put it short, it’s a lot about software and it is everywhere. 
You will be responsible of converting innovative new ideas from the full value chain into prototypes and products, ready for test among customers, users or other stakeholders. You will:

  • Build services from scratch, as well as develop existing applications
  • Plan, design, communicate, and implement software systems with an eye towards robust, extensible architecture
  • Develop technical specifications and decompose the specification into tasks and phases
  • Estimate project work effort and delivery, and create project roadmaps
  • Developing front end website architecture
  • Designing user interactions on web pages
  • Developing back end website applications
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality

 

Qualifications
A degree in engineering, computer science or other relevant program of study. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages in addition to:

  • Python Plotly Dash, InfluxDB, Grafana, NodeJS, npm, Docker, Nginx or Apache
  • Native mobile applications, Java, Typescript
  • Continuos Integration, Cloudflare and Pycharm
