We are looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Global Brand Activation & Execution Manager for our Starbucks licensed ice-coffee business – are you our new colleague? Milk Based Beverages is one of the strategic big bets in Arla and our Starbucks ice-coffee business is a key pillar in our 2022 ambitions. This role will give you an opportunity to become a key player on this journey.

In the role as Global Activation & Execution Manager, you will play an integral role in guiding and enabling our markets in executing impactful brand activations. You will be joining a global brand team of 4 highly motivated and ambitious marketing professionals, and we offer you an interesting role which requires strong project management, stakeholder management and marketing skills. From understanding and respecting the DNA on a global licensed brand, you will be responsible for being the brand guardian across multiple European and Middle-East markets. The job will take you travelling up to approximately 20 days per year.

Partner to markets, enabling high impact activation
You will join the Global Starbucks Brand team at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus. Your key responsibility is to secure the delivery of global toolkits and key assets to markets. In doing so, you keep a track of plans, budgets and marketing activity overviews. Further, you will drive the implementation of the global brand strategies and plans for your own cluster of markets (developing markets) by acting as a strong partner to the local commercial teams. You will secure strong buy-in, effective collaboration and use of relevant assets – and ultimately contribute to ambitious brand growth. You will also be contributing to shaping some of the future growth initiatives, by playing an active role in key innovation and marketing projects together with our license partner, agencies and cross functional project teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day sparring with local commercial managers to ensure implementation and execution of global brand strategy, plans & activations.
• Drive global merchandise, POSM & cooler programmes and secure smooth implementation across markets.
• Support markets with locally led initiatives by ensuring brand consistency, sharing of best practice and approvals.
• Lead packaging design updates, developments and implementation in collaboration with product management & markets
• Drive marketing and innovation projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders – incl. license partner & cross functional teams.

Preferably you have:

• A university degree
• 4+ years of marketing experience – ideally from a global (develop) and local marketing (execution) role.
• Skilled and experienced in working with the full marketing mix – and know how to think consumer, shopper and customer.
• Project management experience – ideally from a matrix organization
• Fluent in English
