For our International Delegation Center in Brande we are looking for a dedicated Global Mobility/Visa Specialist. The International Delegation Center is part of our Human Resources department and is responsible for all inbound and outbound delegations of Siemens companies in Denmark. You will be part of our dynamic team and will be involved in all aspects of the delegation process in close cooperation with colleagues located in Brande and Ballerup. Furthermore, you will interact with many customers and stakeholders and internal and external contacts during your work day. What are my responsibilities? · As a Visa Specialist you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of work processes related to visa and work permit applications, including: · Defining types of permits required based on scope of business in existing and new markets, ensuring and developing a process description in connection with start up of new countries · Supporting stakeholders in business in execution of applications from start to end according to defined processes · Communicating and cooperating with Siemens partners in receiving countries and foreign Embassies in Denmark · Clarifying questions from customers related to residence and work permit · Briefing individual employees and managers on application procedure, necessary documentation and timeframe · Being Key Account for work visa and permits outbound · Ensuring compliance and control · Support business/stakeholders in initiating applications according to defined processes · Acting as advisory to the business What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have experience with HR work and preferably experience with the work assignments mentioned above · As a person you are outgoing and proactive and you are able to work independently in a structured and organized manner · You have focus on the customer, compliance and processes · You have excellent communication skills and know how to distinguish between communicating with diplomatic missions, business managers and employees · You have a good comprehension of different cultures · It is essential that you have excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
