We are looking for an experienced marketer to take on the role of Global Product Manager, Brewing Enzymes. Enzymes are today an indispensable element in the manufacturing of quality food products, and DuPont is one of the world leading suppliers of enzymes and very active in introducing new products and concepts based on enzymes. The brewing industry is one of the markets in focus. Role scope: You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle for the brewing enzyme portfolio. A significant part of the job is to support the sales organization in increasing market penetration with these products. To fulfil this position successfully, it is essential that you are able to work independently, and at the same time build and maintain strong working relations with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the globe. As global product manager you will be working closely with members of the R&D, supply chain, product application and sales organizations. Main responsibilities: Manage product portfolio: recommend product introductions, upgrades or product kill and seek approval from management Ensure that product development projects for assigned products are executed according to agreed processes Lead the strategy planning process for brewing enzymes portfolio globally Lead the commercial launch of assigned products Ensure for all assigned products fully compliant product documentation Qualifications Major requirements: Proven experience in B2B marketing role with significant exposure in brewing related ingredients segment (enzymes / biotech segment experience preferred) BS/MS in life sciences and/or degree in marketing combined with strong experience in brewing ingredients related field You are very proactive, target oriented and enjoy the” hassle” in driving cross-functional projects in a complex international organization You turn people into advocates for common purposes by your motivating and inspiring attitude towards challenges. Proven experience of delivering results in multinational company environment with matrix organization. Ability to travel internationally 50% of work time Location preferably Arhus, Denmark, secondary location: Leiden, Netherlands
