You will be responsible for developing and executing the C&B strategy across the business and strengthening the C&B community further. We Offer Maersk Oil, part of the global A.P. As the Head of Compensation and Benefits for Maersk Oil, you are responsible for designing, upgrading and implementing C&B solutions, enabling us to deliver on the workforce and talent management strategies in a global organisation. Reporting to our VP HR, you will lead a dedicated team, at corporate level and in the business units, as well as partner with the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group Compensation & Benefits function. Key Responsibilities - Set the C&B and global mobility direction and shape a competitive strategy, tailored to the HR and business agenda - Assess competitive strengths of the rewards strategy against industry practices, locally and at global level - Design and implement C&B solutions via effective project management - Govern the implementation of the rewards strategy, processes, policies - Strengthen a capable global C&B community Who we are looking for You are a strong leader who can develop and strengthen a high performing, diverse team of C&B professionals. You have strong influencing skills and build rapport easily, in the HR community and in the business. You and your team deliver results, in a challenging environment. You are driven by the opportunity to impact the success of HR and Maersk Oil via delivering C&B solutions which make us competitive, able to attract, mobilise and retain the right people. You have a comprehensive understanding of the multinational rewards and global mobility strategy practices with a proven track record of creating and implementing C&B strategies in an international environment. You bring relevant working experience from a similar position and are comfortable dealing with executive teams. You possess business acumen, can stand on your own and have the ability to navigate the overall stakeholder landscape. Whilst Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred, this is not a prerequisite.
