The position provides a great opportunity to shape and support the framing and reporting of HR analytics by interacting with the different HR process owners. The main objective is to support the Business in its workforce needs. The position will drive process improvement/change initiatives to enhance the overall HR data quality. To that effect, you will work directly with our HR community; both in our Business Units as well as Corporate HR, and you will need to demonstrate a good sense of stakeholder management. You will also participate in the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) process. This exercise in forecasting future manpower requirements is one of our core HR processes and it runs once a year during our Business Planning cycle. You will work on preparation of discipline health-check reports, organisational shape reports and other ad-hoc reports in support of other core HR processes (talent management, recruitment, learning, etc.) and on-going organisational effectiveness Key Responsibilities Compile the HR reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly) to internal and external stakeholders, including the analysis of the observed trends. Support ad-hoc requests for reports and HR data Identify and deliver HR process improvements, across Business Units to enhance the overall HR data quality. Convey the analysis derived from the HR Analytics to the Business. Participate, as a team member, in delivering the company-wide Strategic Workforce Planning. Engage and work closely with local HR teams in our Business Units Who we are looking for The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in similar analytics roles (HR, finance, consulting) and holds a MSc degree either in statistics, mathematics, business administration or similar relevant degree. Good communication skills and the ability to present data analysis, make recommendations and support the implementation of process improvements in the Business Units. Structured approach to problem solving and data analysis. Structured, thorough and delivery-focused in the way of working. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, highly data driven and skilled, with proven mastery of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and a good command of MS PowerPoint.
