As an IAM Infrastructure specialist, you will be involved in developing the current and future identity and access management platform in Nordea. You will be part of a team ensuring continuous improvement of our IAM services, and an integral part of technical implementation of changes, improvements and new solutions. The position we offer You will work with maintaining an improving Nordea’s internal Identity and Access Management platform and extend the use of Identity IQ as our core Identity Management platform. The work will be mainly of a Service Delivery nature, but will also involve operational tasks as well as analysis and presentation tasks, deciding and presenting changes and new solutions in the IAM domain. As part of the IAM team, you will provide management input and make decisions directly influencing the future of IAM systems in Nordea. Identity Access Management is a team under Performance and Access Management. Our mission is to provide stable, cost effective, timely and flexible shared infrastructure adding value to Nordea's competitive advantage by providing a reliable and flexible IT infrastructure. The team consists of 8 people that are responsible for services related to Identity and Access Management and has a dedicated portfolio of tools at their disposal. We wish to obtain synergies between Infrastructure and Operation and will continuously focus on cooperation so we jointly can provide the utmost services to the business. The team is Nordic and is represented in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. The qualifications you need You have experience working with Identity and Access Management services. You have an understanding of the challenges and tasks involved in keeping a high-availability service running, and a desire to provide the best solutions possible. Prior knowledge of one or more of the following technologies will be preferred but is not required: - SailPoint Identity IQ. - IBM Tivoli suite. Your Service Delivery skills are high, and you are able to analyse complex problems and situations to make the right decision at the right time.
