The department is responsible for securing the right quality level to our customers. This includes incoming inspection, process confirmation, manufacturing surveillance, documentation, final inspection etc. The department consists of 10 employees with different skills depending on area of expertise. What are my responsibilities? You will be supporting the Quality department with one or two projects depending on the duration of your internship and based on what activities that can support your field of study. Current specific projects available is: Mapping of goods for input control and future recommendation (number of items set to control versus the perceived quality) Mapping of resources for the input control (e.g. space, personnel, equipment, conditions , etc.) Reduction of paint damages in the production (map the areas from perceived quality and preventing with poke yoke, error elimination etc.) Implementation of RTY (Rolled throughput yield). Develop concept and run pilot in selected area. What do I need to qualify for this job? You are enrolled as student within Business Development, SCM, or Production Technology specializing in optimization (lean). You are analytical, can work with details and a quick learner You are an advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint You possess good English skills Working experience with database and other IT tools is an advantage, but not essential Please write in your CV the expected duration of your internship.
