- Regulatory Affairs - Denmark - Søborg For the Novo Nordisk A/S RA Affiliate Coordination department in Regulatory Operations we are looking for a Labelling Professional to join a dedicated group of people in a temporary position (8 months). About the department RA Affiliate Coordination is part of Regulatory Affairs, which makes medicine available to patients all over the world by ensuring rapid regulatory approval in all markets. Regulatory Affairs is a fast-changing field, and the 450 employees serve as Novo Nordisk’s advocates around the world – and make a meaningful difference to our business. You will be reporting to the team leader of Labelling Coordination and will be part of a team consisting of 13 labelling coordinators situated in Søborg, Denmark working closely together with graphic designers in our department in India. The job requires daily communication with Novo Nordisk A/S Affiliates all over the world and the graphic team in India, with the possibility for international travel. The job In Labelling Coordination we are responsible for the planning and coordination of packaging material for all Novo Nordisk A/S products and devices worldwide. As Labelling Professional you will work as the central point of contact between Novo Nordisk Affiliates, graphic designers, Regulatory Affairs project teams and logistics in Product Supply. Your primary task will be to prepare manuscripts for printed packaging material, contributing to meeting deadlines to ensure product availability on the market and maintain master data in various internal IT systems. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing cLEAN® KPIs and documenting deviations from procedures. The labelling area is a fast moving field where new requirements constantly emerge. Therefore, the position includes possibilities for project work to identify solutions to such new requirements as well as continuous process optimization activities. Qualifications You hold a degree in a relevant subject e.g. science/pharmacy/medicine or business/marketing, preferably with a strong business focus, and have at least 3 years’ experience from similar positions. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or experience from labelling related jobs together with GMP knowledge will be considered an advantage. The job demands drive and the ability to work independently and systematically with an eye for detail and high quality output as we often work with tight deadlines. You possess good analytical skills and problem solving abilities and address your responsibilities with decisiveness and a positive mind set. As stakeholder management is an important part of the job, we expect you to have good communication skills and have the experience with presenting in large forums. Furthermore, we expect that you possess strong cross-cultural skills and are used to working with international business partners. Finally, you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
