Logistics System Consultant for One ERP Support Organization

In Global Services Logistics we are looking for a new employee to support our users in their daily operation after Go Live of the One ERP Template. Global Services Logistics is the internal Logistics Provider for the Danfoss Group.
One ERP is the foundation of Danfoss’ digital transformation. It will give Danfoss speed and flexibility, enabling us to give a better digital customer experience. This will be possible by having aligned business processes, SAP configurations, business forms, master data definitions and training material across the entire organization. An ambitious roadmap is in place that will cover all Danfoss entities across the world.
Global Services Logistics is extending the team and is looking for an Application and Process Consultant to provide support in selected areas within our global SAP Template.
You will join a highly motivated GS-L Team and interact closely with the Customer Service Centers in the sales and production companies, with the One ERP Program members, with represents from the four Danfoss segments and key Corporate Functions.

Key responsibilities:
Work as part of a global team of logistics consultants to support our internal business partners and work closely with our key functions in Global Services Logistics, Segments, Corporate Functions and Danfoss Group IT:
 

• Logistics Process and System Support in One ERP Template
• Understand and support cross divisional business requirements
• Support the Customer Service Centers in the sales and production companies
• Support the GS-L Operation Teams in relation of Logistics processes
• Focus on end to end process support and consultancy
• Provide training to qualified users
• Roll out new functionalities as part of the continuous training to the already implemented sites

 
Your experience and competences:

• Successful candidate must be able to work cross functionally in a matrix team organization
• Must be capable of working in virtual teams and across cultures in order to succeed in this global project
• Possesses broad application and business knowledge and understands how the end to end processes work in SAP. You have experience and worked in one or more of these SAP applications:
  • Sales and Distribution
  • Material Management 
  • Inventory and Warehouse management
  • Global Trade System
• Operational shipping knowledge is seen as a competence to support our cloud based TMS application
• Operational trade compliance knowledge is seen as a competence to support the GTS application

 
Candidate must be self-driven with the ability to work to meet hard deadlines for the project.
As part of a global support organization a certain level of travelling is required to meet with users, to provide training, to participate in workshops.
 
Further experience:

• You have experience working in an international environment
• You have been part of project implementations and have a good overview about sales and logistics processes in SAP and the connection to TMS and GTS
• You have a good analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have a constructive and service minded attitude
• You are able to work in a global set-up with ability to communicate on to different level of the organization
• You are used to virtual communication tools and cooperation
• You are a self-starter and good at structuring your daily work
• You can easily adapt to changes
• You have proficiency in both written and spoken English
• You have experience providing trainings in the mentioned applications
