Lead an experienced and specialized team Radiometer Global IT is globalized with IT functions spread out widely in our international subsidiaries around the world. Based at the Radiometer Medical headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark, you will be responsible for a team of 9 experienced infrastructure specialists placed in Denmark, Sweden, US and India. Your new colleagues hold knowledge within the technology stack LAN/WAN, datacenter servers, and datacenter center storage systems as well as within infrastructure technologies Microsoft, Citrix, and virtualization. Manage our infrastructure installation on a global scale As our new manager for Global IT Infrastructure, you will be in charge of managing our global infrastructure operation team and be responsible for our infrastructure installation on a global scale. You will also be part of the Global IT management team in Radiometer. Thus, you will conduct daily management, coordinating tasks and resources while ensuring that the technology stack is updated and running without any outage for the business. Your main tasks include: •Being overall responsible for Datacenter operations including capacity management. •Conducting problem management. •Being responsible for daily management and KPIs. •Participating in strategic projects and Kaizen events. •Risk handling and risk mitigations on infrastructure services. •Tracking and prioritizing daily maintenance and incident handling in IT infrastructure. •Change management, where you set the direction and help your colleagues adhere to it.
