Due to continued growth and expansion, we now have an excellent opportunity available for a “Mechanical Engineer” in our Project Delivery Center Silkeborg, Denmark, to join our evolving international organization. As “Mechanical Engineer”, you will perform engineering of process plants for dairy, beverage and other food businesses. You will be an important part of our group where you will be involved in preparing 3D models of process plants, 3D piping models & drawings and isometric drawings for site installations, technical calculations, installation planning and technical documentation. Further, you will coordinate and maintain system data and further developments of our 3D CAD platform. You will be involved in projects from proposal stage through project execution of process plants. The position is placed in our General Plant Engineering (GPE) and you will be working with projects for Nordic customers and global integrated dairy projects. The project scope covers single plants, implementation of technology units in new or existing dairies and integrated plants for dairy and other food business. You will be part of a global engineering team and your future colleagues are located at different locations in Europe. You will be involved in multisite projects on which colleagues from several locations work together and you will perform mentoring and knowledge sharing across our engineering organization. Skills and Qualifications Engineering degree in Mechanical / Dairy or Process Engineering or equivalent and related experience and/or training Several years’ experience within the food, beverage or pharmaceutical businesses would be an advantage Knowledge of flow components and working experience with site installations would be an advantage Experienced 3D CAD user Experience in using MS - Office and ERP tools Good communication and coordination skills Fluent in Danish & English both written and verbally Team player, detail oriented, structured and persistent We offer You will be a part of the Global Food & Beverage Engineering team which today consists of Engineers spread across the globe.
