Personal Assistant to Plant Manager Job ID: 225755 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: full time For our D7 generator factory in Munkebo we are looking for a service-minded, proactive and structured Personal Assistant to the Plant Manager. As a Personal Assistant, your main responsibility is to assist the management team with administrative tasks, contribute to the smooth and effective handling of their daily business. What are my responsibilities? · Coordinating and facilitating meetings, presentations, travelling, etc. to the Plant Manager · Scheduling resources (people, meetings, appointments, rooms and equipment) · Facilitating management meetings · Onboarding new employees in the organization · Handling ad hoc PA tasks for the Plant Manager · Maintaining administrative procedures and updating documents · Travel and visa support · Coordinating and booking of trainings · Arranging Internal events / workshops in the Factory · Issuing Purchase Order Requests & verifying supplier invoices · Following up on meetings, actions, surveys etc. · Workspace coordination · Supporting in ad hoc administrative tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a PA, secretary or team assistant, perhaps a relevant Bachelor Degree, and you are looking to take on new challenges in a dynamic and international environment · As a person, you have a systematic and independent approach to your tasks, and you are characterized by having good cooperation skills, showing initiative and being flexible and customer oriented · You are able to communicate with people at all organizational levels, and you are aware that confidentiality is part of the job · You speak and write English on a high level · You are familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, and knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantage In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
