Process Manager for LEGO® Mould Design & Manufacturing

Help us translate creative ideas into LEGO® Moulding technology As Process Manager, you will be part of Mould Design & Manufacturing (MD&D) in Billund, where we secure quality and standardised processes of LEGO Mould design and manufacturing globally. We are responsible for maturing, prototyping, manufacturing as well as assembly of moulds, and we are currently working on a project to create a new setup for mould manufacturing. With your process expertise and understanding of Computer Aided Manufacturing, you collaborate with a team of 5-10 cross-functional specialists to successfully combine programmes, machines and processes. In doing so, you: - Develop new and improved manufacturing processes - Maintain and update existing processes, keeping them current and as efficient as possible - Recommend milling strategies and collaborate with your project team to find the best solutions within CAM automation - Create a fixture setup that ensures the capabilities expected of our platform Innovation, collaboration and functional expertise We are on a journey to renew and develop our manufacturing processes. Process specialist with a background in mould making In this position, you get to apply your expertise combined with a holistic approach to problem solving, ensuring broadly based solutions that are thought through down to the smallest technical details. To succeed, you: - Have a background as a Mould Maker, perhaps with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, combined with a proven track record within process building and fixture solutions - Have knowledge of PowerMILL, Micron, Manufacturing processes - Speak and write English effortlessly - Have experience with ECM machines and manufacturing on 3 and 5 axis HSM machines - Have experience with CAM Programming (preferably Delcam products) as well as CAD (preferably NX Siemens) Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
