Would you like to support and follow up on annual tasks related to bonus programs, merit increase and other tasks within Compensation & Benefits? Then this is your chance to join us in our journey towards being the energy sector’s first choice. We are looking for an inspiring colleague to the People, Culture and Development department. You will be part of a team of 10 dedicated employees. You will refer directly to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards. Responsibilities and tasks: You will deliver operational analysis and reports and in general provide input to the overall policies on the Compensation & Benefits area. Other key tasks include: •Employment law •Contracts and personnel administration •Administration of global bonus •Ensure accurate data quality in ERP •Global mobility and tax issues •Daily HR operational tasks Professional qualifications: You have experience within Compensation & Benefits from a global company. Further qualification highlights: •Relevant education, HA, HA Jur., HD or similar •Solid experience with MS Excel •Experienced with larger ERP systems, preferably IFS •Good communication skills, orally and in writing in English and Danish Your profile: Personally you are detail oriented and quality conscious with the ability to understand the principles of the business challenges around and ahead.
